A four classroom block extension at Whitchurch Primary School near Bristol to add to their existing Victorian school building.

A state of the art provision including BB101 compliant ventilation systems which monitor CO2 levels to ensure a healthy supply of fresh is circulated in these ‘breathable classrooms’, keeping the children more alert and awake.

Construction started in October 2018 and completed in time for the new 2019 September school year.

The project has been completed to a high standard and most importantly with minimal disturbance to the schools every day activities.

The Client says

“… a big thank-you to the whole team for their work on the extension at Whitchurch Primary School. The project is truly looking great and will help create an amazing learning environment to maximise every pupils potential for years to come.

Smith Consult –Thank-you for your help throughout, including making the building ‘State of the art’ with its ventilations system (the first for B&NES).”
