Commercial office building refurbishment located on Avon Street in the heart of the Bristol Enterprise Zone right in the city centre. 

A fantastic high quality and high spec development set over five floors with basement, providing open-plan commercial office space, passenger lifts, reception area, welfare facilities, consisting of showers, changing rooms, lockers and secure bike storage within the basement.

Following our initial condition report, we were pleased to be asked to carry out the office refurbishment design and site duties.

Initially constructed in 2007, the Client was keen to give the building a new look allowing it the stand out amongst its neighbours. Project aims included new external canopy, entrance and reception area with improvements to lift lobbies, stairwells and welfare facilities on each floor. Also provision of new shower and changing facilities in the basement for those travelling to work sustainably. The fourth and fifth floors of office spaces also required complete refurbishment in order to facilitate more modern offices, capable of subdivision on a floor by floor basis and/or split floors.  The project was phased allowing the two floors of office refurbishment to take place first.

A superb result achieved by the great work carried out by all the project teams involved.
